Justin was born and raised in Oklahoma, but he got to Texas as quick as he could. After graduating college, he was commissioned as an infantry officer in the Army. He served in the 101st Airborne Division and deployed to Kosovo and Iraq. While on active duty, Justin earned his MBA with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Dallas. After active duty, Justin attended the South Texas College of Law in downtown Houston where he graduated with honors. Today, Justin still serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserves, he is working towards an advanced law degree from Texas A&M University and is dedicated to making a difference in the local community by volunteering as a mentor for “at risk” youth. Justin is a devoted husband to Jennifer Baker and loving father to his two sons, Lawson and Bennett. He enjoys bay fishing and spending time with his family.
